Who We Are
D&T Contractors Inc. was built on hard work, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right. Founded by James A. DeSalvo II and Mark D. Tanner, the company began with a simple goal: provide dependable labor and electrical support to customers who need crews they can count on.
What started in the labor department has grown into a broader marine and industrial support company. Mark’s long-standing industry relationships and field experience, combined with James’s business leadership and drive, helped form the foundation of D&T Contractors.
Today, D&T supports shipyard, industrial, and government-related work through qualified personnel, workforce development, and a growing focus on compliance, safety, and technical capability.
